Built-in Hyper FFF® Technology
Equipped with a high-flowrate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm, the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is capable of printing at standard speed at 300 mm/s. Even with Hyper Core high-performance materials, it can still reach average speeds of 200-300 mm/s, resulting in a notable improvement in printing speed compared to the existing Raise3D Product Series with the Hyper FFF upgrade.
Compared to the existing Raise3D Pro3 Series, the Pro3 HS Series reduces printing time by 30% to 70%, depending on the size of the model.
Motion Control Upgrade with a Closed-Loop Motor
To further increase the precision of the extruder and stabilize the movement accuracy, the Pro3 HS printers are newly equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor, together with a double-diaphragm couplings and the optimized axis structure. This closed-loop stepper motor enables precise high-speed printing without losing steps, ensuring accurate electronic control. Meanwhile, the noise from the motion is reduced by over 27%.
Auto Filament Switching
When one filament spool runs out of material, the second print head can continue printing from another spool. This extends the printing time without human intervention and reduces the risk of printing failure due to material depletion.
New Printing Build Plate
The new printing build plate provides a more uniform and powerful magnetic attraction to suppress model warpage. Thinner by 1 mm, it heats up to 100°C two minutes faster than previous versions. The faster heating speed reduces waiting time and improves print efficiency.
New RFID Filament Sensor
The RFID filament sensor identifies the filament type and verifies the print parameters to ensure successful prints, preventing the use of incorrect materials. This reduces the time users spend checking print jobs, increasing efficiency and print successes.
2.5 kg Large Roll Storage Boxes
To reduce the frequent manual filament replacement, the Pro3 HS printers dual-extruder can now print from two external 2.5 kg material boxes. It can print continuously for up to 120 hours (assuming 1 kg /24 h). The new accessory worked through an added printer interface for material tube.
Hyper Core Filament and New Hot-End in the Box
Raise3D newly introduced Hyper Core filaments offer a fast-melting and cooling rate for high-speed printing with an improved Z-direction strength and stiffness, making them ideal for demanding end-use applications. A high flowrate hot-end with silicon nozzle and a roll of Hyper Core filament are included in the each Pro3 HS printer shipment to make composite printing more accessible.
