Does my 3D Printer require an annual maintenance service?

Yes, to keep your printer working at its optimum we recommend either 1 full service or 2 interim services per year.

Do I have to deliver my 3D Printer(s) to 3DGBIRE myself?

No, we will arrange collection and delivery back to you as part of the service!

Can I Visit 3DGBIRE HQ and drop my printer(s) off?

Absolutely! We’d love to show you around our facility and for you to meet the team!

If I choose not to service my 3D Printer, will this void my warranty?

No, it won’t void the warranty but you may encounter further problems and costs later down the line.

Can 3DGBIRE service my 3D Printer, if I didn't purchase it through you?

Yes, 3DGBIRE are the Official service provider for all the brands we represent in the UK and Ireland

If I have 5+ machines can 3DGBIRE service my printers on site?

Yes, we can visit your site if this is more convenient, please contact our support desk to get this arranged. Please note, this is subject to circumstance and additional cost.

I don’t have the original packaging, can I still send my machine back?

Yes, you can send the machine back but must be sent in the manufacture provided packaging. Please contact our support desk for more information.

I am from outside of the UK or Ireland, can I send my machine back to 3DGBIRE for a service?

Unfortunately not, We currently only support our 3D Printers for the UK and Ireland.
