PU-001 is a ready-to-use two-component formulation that combines polyols (Part A) and isocyanates (Part B) to create a highly durable and resistant material.

For its exceptional resistance to tearing and abrasion, for its durability, and for its 70 ShA hardness suitable for cushioning functions.

PU-001 polyurethane is available in black. It is compatible with the LIQ21 tool head on 3D printer models S600D and S300X.

PU-001 is suitable for a variety of industrial applications:

– Emergency maintenance/repair parts
– Damping protective parts (silent blocks, shock absorbers, etc.)
– Manufacturing of seals
– Covers in surface technology (sandblasting, shot blasting, etc.)
– Prototypes for form and function testing of flexible elements

PU-001 is a polyurethane elastomer with a Shore A hardness of 70.
It offers numerous advantages:

Excellent tear resistance
Very good abrasion resistance
High elongation at break (over 400%)
Good resistance to UV rays
Easy processing

Mixing ratio 3:4 Tensile strength at break 7.5 MPa
Elongation at break 412% Maximum operating temperature -40°C to 90°C
