Developed, profiled and recommended by our teams, the PA-001 filament for MEX type 3D printers (FFF/FDM) is a carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 6.
Combining strength and lightness, it is perfect to print parts for the automotive and aerospace industries. With its excellent thermal and mechanical properties, PA-001 allows you to print prototypes and small series of functional parts.
Lynxter’s PA-001 filament is an ideal material for various applications:
– Functional prototypes requiring high mechanical performance, and where weight reduction is essential, such as in the automotive and aerospace industries.
– Structural parts.
– Engine components, pumps, gears, car housings.
– Electrical housings.
– Tools and jigs.
– Sports equipment.
– Aerodynamic and acoustic research.
Lynxter’s PA-001 filament is an engineering grade thermoplastic with many advantages.
– High rigidity, good impact resistance.
– Excellent temperature resistance (100 °C).
– Antistatic.
– Lightweight.
– Good wear and corrosion resistance.
– Stable, no shrinkage after cooling.
– Good layer adhesion.
– Good chemical resistance.
– Various post-treatments are possible: painting, varnishing, sanding.
