Hemp PLA is Filamentive’s latest biocomposite innovation – a natural-looking 3D printing filament made from high-quality PLA and 10% industrial hemp byproducts, including sawdust and natural fibres. This eco-conscious material blends sustainability with reliability, delivering smooth 3D prints with subtle natural flecks.
Ideal for design models, eco-friendly prototypes, and decorative prints, Hemp PLA prints just like standard PLA – with good adhesion, low warp, and strong dimensional stability. There’s no need for a hardened nozzle, and it works seamlessly with most FDM/FFF 3D printers.
While performance is key, so is purpose – and Hemp PLA goes beyond standard bioplastic by reusing agricultural waste to help reduce plastic content and promote circular production.
Supplied on our 100% recyclable cardboard spool, this filament is perfect for those looking to print sustainably, without compromising on quality or printability.
