The RMS220 is built for continuous, high-throughput operation.
Its intelligent print control system with build volume of 220 x 220 x 350 mm / 17L, enabling up to 5 kg* of functional parts per day, supporting multi-part builds and high nesting efficiency.

High-Precision Prints
The RMS220 delivers exceptional print quality, empowering users to push the boundaries of innovation in additive manufacturing and meet the demands of SLS 3D printing applications requiring tight tolerances and fine details.

*This needs to be implemented in thin-wall mode and requires technical support from Raise3D.
Step 1
Preheating and Quick Setup: Import files with ideaMaker and start positioning model and packing parts to optimize density, reduce print time and operating costs, and minimize material waste.
Step 2
High-Speed Printing: Preheating begins during slicing, reaching the printing temperature within 20 minutes. The powerful 75W laser and core technology enables a printing speed up to 2.2 L/h (20% packing density).
Step 3
External Cooling and Fast Switching: The Build Unit 220 cools down to <100°C in just 30 minutes, allowing external cooling without occupying printer resources. This allows for quick switching to a second build unit to start the next print immediately.
Step 4
Post-Processing and Labor Efficiency: The Raise3D C220-P integrates semi-automated processes for powder separation, recovery and preparation. Each print cycle requires only 20-45 minutes of labor, with one operator capable of processing over 50 kg of parts per shift.
Powerful Laser System for Precision and Speed
The RMS220 is equipped with a 75W 1064nm high-power laser and an industrial-grade high-precision galvanometer, with a scanning speed of up to 30,000 mm/s.
The combination of high laser power and rapid scanning speeds makes the RMS220 ideal for both intricate prototypes, on demand and high-throughput production and batch production parts, meeting the demands of commercial and industrial applications with unmatched efficiency and reliability.
Large Build Volume with Compact Footprint
Leading Build Volume: With dimensions of 220 x 220 x 350 mm and a build volume of 17L, the RMS220 offers one of the largest build sizes among entry-level industrial SLS printers. It meets diverse user needs, from small batch production to the design and development of medium and large 3D printed parts.
Space-Efficient Design: Despite its large build size, the RMS220 maintains a compact footprint of just 0.58 square meters, saving valuable floor space.
Fast Cooling and Continuous Productivity
The Build Unit 220 is an independently powered module designed to maximize uptime and accelerate post-printing workflow. The vertically movable build cylinder enables smooth lifting and lowering for stable handling and faster cooling without damaging parts.
Quick-Detach Modular Ensures Efficient Material Switching
The RMS220 reduces the SLS powder material switching time to just 45 minutes – 1/3 of the traditional process. Say goodbye to the challenges of cleaning powder in traditional SLS machines. The system enables thorough cleaning with no hard-to-reach areas, allowing users to fully utilize various materials for flexible printing.
RFID Management System
The Raise3D Radio-Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is an innovative feature integrated into the RMS220. It automatically identifies and configures the powder used, enhancing the user experience, streamlining material management, ensuring optimal part quality, and simplifying the 3D printing process.
