On the training day, I learnt a multitude of new things concerning my newly bought 3D printer and slicer software. As this is my first time buying and using a 3D printer 3DGBIRE were were extremely supportive, answered my questions with clear precise answers and continue to do so even after the training day. They are also happy to jump on a call with me if I'm struggling to work something out via email. Easily worth 5 stars and I look forward to speaking to them again soon!

From initial purchase of a Ultimaker S5, through to training, support and supplies, we have always had a positive experience with replies to emails for support being actioned really quickly. We did have issues with filament that was part of a faulty batch, but this was resolved within half a day, with the new filament arriving the next day.

I received a half-day training session today with Steve Taylor and Steve was able to cover everything that I needed to know to get up and running with our printers. Steve's knowledge of the 3D printing industry shines through and as my training happened to be factory based, I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of all the other printing technologies. A very informative and enjoyable time, well worth the cost. Thanks.
